Knitwear Design Solutions for  Brands

About Us

Our story has always been about knitwear.

Our founder Amy was born into a knitwear manufacturing family, making her a second-generation expert in this highly specialized field. For over 30 years, her family has been producing for major international brands, building a complete end-to-end supply chain capability. This legacy means we can seamlessly handle everything from small-batch quick response to large-scale production, without compromising quality or efficiency. This deep expertise is the very foundation of who we are.

Unlike many who enter fashion by chance, Amy grew up surrounded by yarns, needles, and pattern drafts. She later pursued an academic degree in knitwear design, combining technical mastery with a refined design vision.

Ten years ago, Amy identified a critical pain point in the market: even luxury brands often struggled with knitwear. Knitwear is not only about aesthetics — it requires technical depth, precision, and material expertise. To solve this, she founded a Knitwear Design Studio in Shanghai, working closely with premium to luxury-level brands to bridge the gap between creativity and execution.

Through these collaborations, Amy has developed thousands of best-selling knitwear styles and sharpened her aesthetic sensibility in one of the world’s most design-driven markets. Her expertise in cashmere, mohair, and other natural fibers earned her the nickname “The Sweater Queen.” Today, the Shanghai studio remains our creative hub.

As the business expanded, Amy understood that design must be grounded in strong technical execution. Seven years ago, she established a sampling workshop in Puyuan, Jiaxing — the heart of China’s knitwear manufacturing cluster. By positioning ourselves at the core of the industry, we ensure that even the most complex stitches, structures, and finishing techniques can be executed reliably.

While we primarily served high-end Chinese brands, more and more international brands reached us through trading companies. The problem? Those generalist traders handled all product categories but lacked the specialized knowledge to deliver knitwear properly. Miscommunication, production errors, and quality inconsistencies were common.

To address this, Amy officially launched our international knitwear service in 2024, giving global brands direct access to professional knitwear expertise, technical execution, and a trustworthy supply chain.

Today, we are not just a factory, and not just a trading company. We are a specialized knitwear partner — combining 30 years of family manufacturing heritage, a creative design studio, and a deeply integrated supply chain. Whether you are a new independent label testing your first collection, or an established fashion house seeking innovation, we help you unlock knitwear’s full potential — balancing creativity, profitability, and brand identity.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How are you different from traditional trading companies/factories?

We are not just a factory or trading middleman — we are your design + execution + profit analysis knitwear partner.

Key differences:

We understand brand DNA & market trends, offering professional knitwear design insights (not just quoting prices).

Flexible MOQ (10 pcs wholesale, 50–150–300 pcs quick response) vs. traditional 300–500 pcs requirement.

We provide profit breakdowns so you clearly understand costs & margins.

Strong and reliable knitwear supply chain — even complex techniques can be executed with confidence.

2. How do you charge for services?

              Design Package

              Sample Development

              Additional Styles

              Standalone Tech Pack

3. Can we buy your design but produce elsewhere?

Yes, absolutely. You can purchase our Tech Pack and produce at another factory. You’ll still benefit from our expertise in design, techniques, and profit calculation.

4. What is your pricing logic for production?

Our pricing is based on three key factors:

Yarn/material cost (wool, cashmere, silk, mohair, etc.)

              Technical complexity (stitches, structure, finishing)

Quantity & batch size (10 pcs wholesale / 50–150 pcs quick response / larger orders)

We also provide a profit analysis (cost breakdown + suggested retail + projected margin) so you clearly see your ROI.

5. What are your payment terms?

Design package & sample: 100% upfront.

Bulk production (within 1,500 pcs): 70% deposit, 30% before shipment.

             Orders above 1,500 pcs: negotiable.

Because wool and cashmere require full yarn prepayment, a deposit is required. All subsequent processing costs will remain fully transparent.

6. How do you ensure quality (QC)?

All bulk production strictly follows the approved sample standard.
If any factory defect occurs, we take full responsibility.

7. Can new brands without knitwear experience work with you?
