A: No, we only offer wholesale and private label services for existing styles.

A: Reorder applies only to existing designs.
If a product sells out, we can restock the same style if yarn stock remains.
If the original yarn is no longer available, we’ll suggest a close alternative.

A: The shipping carrier will handle all customs procedures for you. We ensure that the carrier has all the necessary documentation.
Q: Do I need an EORI number?
A: Yes, buyers from the EU and the UK must have an EORI number.
Q: What if I don’t have an EORI number?
